MEET OUR STAFF

Paul is an RN and has spent a decade working in critical care and emergency medicine. Paul has a passion for healthcare and helping others reach their greatest potential. Staff are the backbone and lifeblood of the community, and Paul’s mission is to do everything possible to create a community filled with passionate and competent caregivers.

Cherie has been a caregiver at the community for over 10 years. A trained CNA and MA, Cherie knows the community inside and out and has been working as our Administrator for over two years. However the residents are still the center of what she does. She has a passion for senior care, and prides herself on knowing the likes and dislikes of every resident.

Alexis has been marketing in the healthcare space since she graduated college in 2022. She has a passion for helping those who need it, and loves to be heavily involved in the community. She prides herself on making the transition for families from being the caregiver to finding a partner in care with The Front Porch as seamless as possible.

DIANE MIDYETTActivities Director
Diane brings a new energy to the activities director position with a lifelong passion for working with seniors. Our residents thoroughly enjoy their time with Diane, whether that be with a morning cup of coffee, arts and crafts or BINGO, she knows how to bring a smile to our resident’s faces.

JACINDA STEPHENSLPN
Jacinda oversees the daily activities of the caregiving team, ensuring high-quality care for our residents. She helps to develop care plans, providing direct assistance, administering medications, and monitoring health. She also coordinates with families and healthcare professionals on continuity of care.

RENEE HOUSEDietary Manager
Renee manages daily kitchen operations, ensuring nutritious, delicious meals that meet residents’ dietary needs. She works with staff on monthly menus, oversees food safety, and leads meal planning. She also works directly with residents to support their meal preferences.

MIKE NOELFacilities Manager
Mike oversees building maintenance and safety, ensuring a clean, comfortable environment for residents. He manages repairs, schedules inspections, and leads the housekeeping and maintenance teams. He also works with staff to support accessibility and emergency preparedness.
